We are seeking an organized and strong minded administrator for the High Wycombe area. You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for oversee the re-issuing and invoicing of maintenance contracts. Responsible for 4500 contracts this role is to co-ordinate and administer the contracts register, priortising those contracts up for renewal and organizing the invoicing process. Previous experience in issuing invoices, administering contracts and general business acumen are all highly desirable. You should be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the invoice process and understand the implications that time and accuracy have over this process. IT skills including MS Excel to intermediate are essential.
